I would like to pose a question concerning vag vs c-section frank breech delivery. Ecv did not work. My current ob would like to try a vaginal but i am apprehensive. In talking with a few people(drs/midwives/nurses) they would not try a vag delivery on a primipara or "unproven" pelvis. I have had the ct pelvimetry and that is fine. Baby was 5#15 at 38wks. I am currently 39wks. I am 5ft 6in. The 3rd year resident who is my Ob has done 20 breech deliveries. I trust and like her. I will be having the baby at Bethesda(teaching hospital and where the person who invented the ct imagery works). I am very confused on this issue and obviously need to make a decision asap. thanks.
