Too many WBC's in PCT results

I had a PCT yesterday and am a bit confused about the results. Can someone help?

BTW, my doc doesn't particularly care to do the PCT either but I specifically requested so she did it anyway...and seemed very surprised at the results. I had 7 live sperm 6 hours after intercourse and she said all were swimming in the right diection and also that mucus looked good...this was the morning after my LH surge. BUT...she said there were way too many white blood cells in there.

I realize that this must mean that I have some sort of infection and she's prescribed antiobiotics for myself and my husband. Could this be what is preventing us from getting pregnant? We've been trying for nearly 2 years. Could I have had this problem for that long?

How would excessive white blood cells prevent pregnancy if there were live sperm?

Thanks!
