At this time they took out my right ovary(swollen with a cyst), both tubes and my cervix. My advice is not to let your doctor push you into having anything done that you dont want, they are your ovaries, and if you want to keep them its your choice, but also may lead to problems in the future. Youll have to look at the pro's and con's of both I guess. I wnted both removed, but at such a young age, doc talked me into keeping one, and now I have pain because it may be wrapped in adhesions and connected to my bowels. I let him talk me out of something, and I regret it. Good luck with whatever you decide! Tracy
