>Laurie Lovely, MD Dr. Lovely, I was on Clomid for 4 years to no avail. I tried Perganol for 1 month and got pregnant. I had artificial insemination the whole time. My question is: Should I worry about being on Clomid for so long? Most of those 4 years I was taking 150 mg toward the end I was able to drop down to 100 mg. The good news: I got pregnant 8 months after I delivered my first child with no help of medication. The bad news: I miscarried The good news: I got pregnant a year later with twins with no medication The bad news: I lost one of the babies early in the pregnancy The good news: I had a beautiful big healthy baby girl!
