4 surgeries in 10 months!

After undergoing 3 laparoscopies (2 for adhesions) and a hysterectomy in 10 months I am a bit on edge and have a few questions. First I am 32 y.o. who underwent hyst for PID (married 8 years so no STD) in June 97. Have had 2 laps for adhesions 9/97 and the other 11 days ago. I realize adhesions form adhesions but am I looking at a continual pattern of sugery? Also trying to deal w/ a hyst @32 y.o. and now this is a bit upsetting (actually VERY upsetting). I know my physician is doing his best but I cant help but question if he is doing all he can. Also are there no support groups, books, something that helps a younger woman go through menopause? Seems to me we are a forgotten aspect and because we are young are often overlooked. Please help.
