I'm not sure -- have some info on NK at the office. One of the most informative sites regarding natural killer cells and alloimmune and autoimmune repetative miscarriage comes from Dr Beer's site (of course the URL is at the office too!) -- try doing a search for Dr Beer's name.

It's very likely for there to be changes in your cycle due to all teh fluctuations in hormone levels as your thyroid meds are adjusted.
