Not all pills are right/strong enough for everyone, and none are proven to be 100% affective in preventing ovulation or pregnancy. If you think you may be ovulating, you can always switch pills, find one that is right for you, or take a test to be sure you are not pregnant. Also the pill does also affect the cervical mucous, creating its own back-up method, but that we all know is not 100% affective either. Pregnancies have happened while on the pill. Also missing one pill usually isnt enough to encourage the pills failure, but missing 3 or more can. Keep taking them, if your period does not come when you reach the end of the pack, be tested for pregnancy.
