I have not been diagonised for any anxiety. In real life, I do not get too tense or anxious for small reasons. I have not had my thyroid levels evaluated.

I came to know that I had high pulse rate only when I checked it casually at a Wal-Mart Blood Pressure /Pulse measuring device at their store. This I did in two different stores. And again, counting my pulse at my wrist for six seconds times 10, gives me very similar pulse rate. It is again 100-110. I started thinking about all this only after my casual self check at Wal-Mart !
