Medical journal articles online

A while back, I posted a question about finding medical articles online. Someone,(I think Dr. Marchbein), said that as far as they knew, all you could get was abstracts, and if I found anything different, to please share!

Well, I found that you can get full text articles from the British Medical Journal at http://www.bmj.com, and that the Lancet is planning to go to full text articles soon.

I'm still searching for others, and if anyone knows of anything, please post the info!! I am trying to save myself some trips to the university library!
