What you may have is an enterovesicle fistula (a connection between the bowel and the bladder). The surgery to repair it is called, most simply, a fistula repair.
>(2) Why this has happened. Trauma from the delivery, although this usually causes a fistula between the rectum and the vagina. The most common cause of a fistual between other parts of the bowel and the bladder is actually inflammatory bowel disease (Crohns or ulcerative colitis) or prior radiation.
>(3) Is it a usual case? Not if it is really a enterovesicle fistula and your only risk is the delivery.
>(4) Is operation very serious? It is a surgery that should be done by an experienced surgeon (usually a general or colorectal surgeon if it is a enterovesicle fistula) or a gynecologist (pelvic reconstructive gynecologist or urogynecologist, preferably) if it is a rectovaginal fistula.
>(5) How much is the charge of operation? That depends on the surgeon doing it and where you live.
>(6) How do they find the hole and fill cure it? Often by 1) a barium enema or 2) a barium or gastrograffin upper GI with small bowel follow thru (anothre x-ray test where you drink a special dye) or 3) instilling dye into the bladder or 4) looking in hte bladder with a special scope to find the hole or 5) seeing where the bowel is stuck to the bladder during exploratory surgery

You just have to wait and see what happen, Often we recommend a low
rsidue diet so you don';t have much stool coming thru the bowels.
