There is absolutely no telling. Sorry.

I've heard it is easier to become pregnant the >2nd time that you are somewhat more fertile.

I wish this were true; however, I see too many women with secondary infertility (they've had one child before) to believe that it's true.

Intrauterine insemination in and of itself may help you to conceive more quickly, because it puts the sperm where it needs to be at exactly the right time. There is good correlation between sperm motility and pregnancy rates, so that is an important factor.

Also, there is a compound called pentoxyphylline that acts in a similar way to caffeine that increases sperm motility when mixed with sperm (as in intrauterine insemination). However, whether this actually improves pregnancy rates is debated.
