I've heard it is easier to become pregnant the

There is good correlation between sperm motility and pregnancy rates, so that is an important factor. Also, there is a compound called pentoxyphylline that acts in a similar way to caffeine that increases sperm motility when mixed with sperm (as in intrauterine insemination). However, whether this actually improves pregnancy rates is debated.
