If the pain is relieved menopause can be managable. With chronic pain, life can be difficult. Also FSH is neither positive nor negative. It is a number. It indicates hormone responsiveness or menopausal levels. There is no good reason why your CA125 should be abnormal. If you read another post of mone in the last day, I gave many reasons for false (+) and false (-) CA125s.
