I am still curious about the other questions, and also my doctor does not want to remove the ovary, because it will throw me into menopause.  The only way he will do it is if the FSH or CA125 comes out positive.  In your opinion, would another doctor do this for me?  I cant even make it through a grocery shopping trip, or have a bowel movement without pain!
