EXERCISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Try winter outdoor activities like cross-country skiing or snowshoeing (if it's snowy in the area). If the weather is not snowy, than cantinue to walk, If it's one of those nasty, cold, rainy places, then jopin a gym and use the treadmill, exercise bike, aerobics classses, etc. Swimming is an excellent exercise that is easy on hte joints. >
