The correct spelling is "libido", but you were close! It is not uncommon for a woman's sex drive to peak in her early to mid thirties. It is certainly nothing "abnormal" -- enjoy it!

It certainly could be your cervix your husband is hitting, and thath may well be uncomfortable for both of you. You should ask your doctor to specificly examine you for prolapse. This will mean having your strain down during the exam; sometimes we also do an exam with you standing up as prolapse is usually more pronounced this way.
