You are the patient you are in charge. If you are unhappy with just trying kegel's get a second opinion then a third if you need to. There is absolutly no excuse to live with urinary incontinence. Stay on top of it I am only about 10 years older than you, age should not be an issue. You are the issue and you should never, ever take what has been said as the last word. I am not trying to sound pushy however had I not had any prodding I would have lived with urinary incontinence for the next million years. Please get a second opinion. You will save alot of embarrassment and shame not to mention money on things to help the incontinence problem...GET A SECOND OPINION!!!!!!!!!!!
