In a few weeks I will start with IVF, and my RE prescribed 0,5 mg of folic acid daily. As I want to be in optimum shape, I started taking a multivitamin (GNC Ultra Mega for women) which also contains folic acid (0,4mg per daily dosage). If I am taking both, would I be overdoing it? Is there any harm in taking too much?
