If the E2 level is low with what you're taking, dosage can be temporarily increased or the question of malabsorption must be addressed. Black cohash (Remifemin) has been used by many to reduce or eliminate hot flushes, as has Vitamin E and soy protein isolate. Why not discuss these options with your doctor?
