I was wondering if you could be taking too much calcium, magnesium or vitamin e to cause burning and loose stools? Im not sure which supplement is causing it, but am on a dily regimen of 400 units vitamin e, calcium is 1,000 mg and magnesium is 500 mg. Can any of these doses be causing the problems? (also feel a bit shaky and panicky). Should I build up to those doses or not take them that high? Cala
