HRT help asked

My doc is open for any suggestions.

I am 39, 1/97 TAH/BSO for stage IV endo. Not getting relief with HRT (Premarin .625 bid). Dose changed 11/97 to Women's International which includes 2.5 estrodial, 100 progesterone and 2.5 testosterone..bid. Symptoms intensified and recent tests showed elevation cholesterol-284, I am not overweight and I eat a low-fat diet and walk for exercise, soft plaque forming on aorta..father died at age 37 from MI. Worried I am not getting vascular benefits from this dose. Doctor added .625 of Premarin every other day along with the WIP dose above..still no relief. LH is elevated to 59. I cannot take man-made progestins so the b.c. pill is not an option. What would you suggest to include in the WIP compound? They will tailor to my needs, doc is not quite sure what to do...seeing endocrinologist in April (first available appointment). Any suggestions welcomed.
