I started taking Evening Primrose Oil and some Japanese Herbal medicine my gynaecologist prescribed,(to help with bad cramps and constipation) and my period became very short and light, lasting less than 48 hours. Believe me, I am not complaining about this, but recently even though the bleeding has stopped the menstrual cramps and lower back pain continues(for about 24 hour). Is there a reason for this? I worry that it (the blood) may be gathering somewhere and the proverbial "floodgates" may one day open!
