Not that I'm aware of. Many of my patients are quite knowledgable about "being in tune with theri bodies" and they're pretty clueless while breast feeding.

Haven't not looked it up in a while, IUDs were contraindicated in breast feeding due to risk of perforation (having something to do with suppressed hormones while breastfeeding). If anyone has documented, newer info, please present it for my own edificatin.
