Previous to the The new serm Raloxifene appears to have estrogen like effect on bone but not on the uterus(don't worry anyway, you don't have one.) and do not effect the breat latest sudies. Does NOT RELIEVE HOT FLASHES. It is expensive! Theres also Isoflavones (Phytoestrogens ) that you may want to include in your diet, along with your current patch.. I.e. soy, tofu, garbanzo beans to name a few. Also cut down on caffiene and spicey food. Hope this helps a little
