With a breech, there is no increase risk of bleeding, preterm labor, premature rupture of memebranes or cord entanglement.

Fetal bradycardia, associated with prolapsed cord if the membranes rupture and the presenting part is out of the pelvis, is possible and may require an emergency C/S.
