It's obvious that this post has nothing whatsoever to do with metformion or rezulin for those of you who are also confused.

The removal of the left tube and ovary with a remaining right tube and ovary should, at most cause a temporary irregularity on menses, presuming they were regular before.

With a functioning tube and ovary, there should be no problem, presuming there was none before.

If it's just after surgery, give it a few months. If it's greater than 6 months, this needs to be looked into - hormone tests and possibly an endimetrial biopsy.
