Prior to conception should be no problem but the FDA says no amount of drinking while pregnant is safe.

As long as he doesn't get pregnant, you should be OK.

Answered above. Many do abstain to "clean the temple".

Caffeine, up to 3-4 cups per day is OK according to a US study. A Canadian study says zero is aceptable. Nutrasweet appears to be safe.
