I was on depo provera for 2.5 years. My last shot was in November of 1996. I have had irregular cycles since going off the depo. I have been charting my morning temperatures for the past 2 cycles. My temperatures have ranged from 98.7 to 97.6. They are typically over 98, even at the beginning of the cycle. Last month, based on my temps, I did not ovulate. This month, my doctor prescribed 50mg of clomid to be taken on days 5-9. I used an OPK on cycle days 13-16. On day 16, the test was positive. my temps have been as follows on the surrounding days: Day 11 - 98.2 Day 12 - 98.3 Day 13 - 98.1 Day 14- 97.6 Day 15 - 97.8 Day 16 - 98.1 Day 17 - 98.4 Day 18 - 98.4 Day 19 - 98.2 My questions are; 1. My temperatures are obviously above the standard 97.5-98. Is this a problem and would the clomid help? 2. Did I likely ovulate on day 16? My temps rose, but not enough, and now they seem to be decreasing!
