(My neighbor was 13 weeks pregnant and her pregnancy test just barely showed a positive. My friend was similarly quite far along before her test would show positive, and she *knew* she was pregnant.) Second, even if you're not (and let's assume you aren't, since it's hard to get your hopes up only to have them dashed) your symptoms probably warrant an office visit sooner, rather than later, all the same, *especially* because of what Dr. Marchbein said about ectopic pregnancies.

Your period might very well start tomorrow. But what if it doesn't, and you wait that arbitrary two weeks of time before going to the doctor - only to discover some situation that could easily have been cleared up? Something's not normal for you. Your symptoms sound at *least* unpleasant, if not indicative of something. I don't know what - but *something*. As my brother (Army pilot of Blackhawk helicopters) says: It's far better to err on the side of safety. I hope you'll make an appointment as soon as you can get in. Please?
