What you describe sounds exactly like a miscarriage. It would be extremely unlikely this is cancer, as uterine cancer does not present with a positive pregnancy test. (Plus, the pathology report would have read "cancer" and not secretory endometrium). As long as your pregnancy test reads negative and the ultrasound you have planned is o.k., everything should normalize over the next 2-8 weeks. I'm sorry to hear of the miscarriage. Best wishes,
