secondary endometriumFrom: christie (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed, 4 Feb 1998 17:22:03 -0600 (CST)
two weeks ago I had two positive pregnancy tests done. One week later at 6 weeks gestation I miscarried. The specimen was sent to the lab and came back secondary endometrium. My OBGYN said that it was not a product of conception. Possibly though, I was not able to retrieve all the specimen, as it slid into the toilet. Is it possible that what I was not able to retrieve was a product of conception? I am scheduled to have an ultrasound next week to see if there is anything left. My temps have returned to normal which is 97.2 since this miscarriage. All signs of pregnancy, nausea, sore nipples and breasts, have dissapaited since the day that I miscarried. Is it possible that I can have cancer? I am only 38. I did have bleeding for only three days post passing this specimen Thank you
