I left the hospital the following afternoon and developed a low grade 100 fever. Brochure I was given said to call if I developed fever over 100.1, so I called and doc told me that it was pretty normal for this, however to call back in the morning if the fever didn't disappear(which it did). I wondered the same thing about driving and never asked as I didn't need any pain pills beyond two regular tylenol just once.
