pap smear report

As advised by a couple of the replies to my question about my pap report, I got a copy of it this morning and I'll now attempt to type out what the report says...here we go: INTERPRETATION: Cervical/Vaginal: Satisfactory for Interpretation. Mild Squamous Epithelial Dysplasia. We find no previous Pap smear in our files. Addition evaluation of this patient is recommended. My doctor wants me to come back in 3 months to repeat the pap. Basically whatever the "problem" my be its that Mild Squamous Epithelial Dysplasia...what on earth does that mean? The nurses told me either too frequent of tampon use or cervical cancer. I'm extremely worried. I had been having irregular periods since October, '97 w/out stopping till Jan 12, '98. I'm 19 years old and sexual active. What are your opinions of this pap...honestly... Thank you all so much for responding to my questions!
