She needs a second opinion. the vaginal stenosis is one problem,
prolactin another and lack of periods may or may not be another. She
may need to see an RE for evaluation of her "tumor", hormones and
vaginal stenosis. It may be simpler than it appears. Unfortunately, a
big chunk of this story is missing and with an exam, answers will be too
limited.

Lichen sclerosis is treatred with topical steroids. Two common choices
are Valisone with Eurax and my personal favorite (used to use Valisone
on patients) clobetasol 0.05%. This is used daily for a few months and
is retreated as necessary. Also, check out the URL Barbara gave.
