Lake Tahoe, CA I feel like brain drain. Kelly and I keep coming up with similar answers and then add little points to the other one's answers. Just to be sure, I'd get some blood tests because the HRT didn't meet your needs. FSH, LH, T3RU, T4, TSH, Prolactin & Estradiol. This will give some insight into what your hormopnal needs are. BTW, my money's on low dose birth control pills at this time. Stopping everything is also a very underconsidered choice that is also very good.
