What you are feeling may actually be "growing pains." Your uterus is a muscle, and there are numerous ligaments that go along with it. As your uterus grows, these ligaments are stretched and can be very painful. If it continues when you are past your fifth month, you can buy what is called a "belly bra" or "maternity girdle" which supports the belly from underneath and helps with the stretching pains.
