You are NOT alone. This is not an uncommon condition and we have discussed it here many times.

You need to see a gynecologic endocrinologist, a gynecologist well versed in this problem or a medical endocrinologist. Treatments are available.

If you are of Mediterranean origin, some of this might be normal but not to the extent you described.

Please make that appointment. You'll be glad you did.
