Problems with orgasms

Hello,

My friend just called me in tears and explained to me her situation. I thought I would post it here and see if someone could give me some info to tell her. It seems she and her husband were having normal sex with orgasms. Then, I guess they started having problems, and weren't having sex as much. Needless to say, she started "pleasuring" herself (to put it mildly) with a personal massager. Now, she complains of not being able to have an orgasm with her husband. I explained that she could be trying too hard, or have a lot of stress, etc. She thinks she has done something to her sex organs even though she has no pain, or discomfort, etc. To reassure her, is it possible she did hurt herself, or is she really just trying too hard? I know this is an awkward question and I thank you for your response!

Angela
