Although some disparity is common, more unequal breast sizes are noted in some. If it is very noticeable ( I mean VERY noticeable), uncomfortable (read:painful) or totally like they're from 2 different people (one being very big - known as hypertrophy) they can be resected to even them out.

It would be rare for this to be a serious problem (read:medical disease).
