Polycystic Ovaries and Pain

I have been reviewing the archives, and I can not locate a particular message sent by Dr. Harvey Marchebein (sp?) which states that there is no pain associated with PCOS.

Is this true ? Is it the experience of other women that they do not have pain with PCOS ? Is is possible that the diagnosis of "bilateral tender ovaries with sonographic appearance of polycystic ovarian disease" is limited ?

What is an intramural fibroid ?
