I have had endometriosis for many years. I have had 2 laps and have used Synarel 2x. I am now 6 months post-partum and having problems with irregular periods(ALWAYS have been regular)and an intense return of the endometriosis. I am not too keen on having a lap again so soon after having a c-section and I can't take Synarel (gives me migraine headaches)anymore. I am wonderng if there are any options for me that I might not know about. I haven't had much luck with meds yet. My doctors office recommended Darvocet and/or Motrin but neither phase me unless I take more than the dosage. I am also wondering if it is common to have irregular periods with endometriosis? When I say irregular I mean that they have been, 28 days, 31 days, 32 days and 26 days. The period that was 31 days lasted for 12 days! Most last about 8. I am usually every 28 days and last for 5 days. Thanks for any information anyone can proivide!
