Hi there, I am not a Dr. but in trying to get pregnant I read a ton on fertility so hopefully I can help...

Doesn't sound vague at all... if it walks like a duck,and quacks like a
duck it usually is a Duck! Sounds like she is pregnant to me!but to be
sure, try an over the counter test. They are very accurate these days.
And I hope congratulations are in order!
