I have been trying unsuccessfully to get pregant for 7 months. I do ovulate because I have used ovulation predictor kits and basal body temerature charts to track ovulation. I had a progesterone blood test that was normal. I have a cyst on my right ovary, and am scheduled to have a laparoscopy in Feb. to drain the cyst, have a D&C and check for endometriosis. Do you think this surgery will "fix" me? What are my odds for getting pregnant? I am concerned that even if an egg is fertilized, I begin spotting before the egg would have a chance to implant.
