Hi. I just posted my story not long ago on my threatened miscarriage. It happened back in August of '94. I also develped bad cramps and spotting. A blood test came up low progesterone and I was put on progesterone suppositories twice a day. It didn't take too long, maybe a few days?, before symptoms disappeared. I used the suppositories for the first three months. I went on to deliver a healthy baby girl at term.

So, lay back and rest. Let someone else do the cooking and cleaning for you for a few days until you are feeling better. It may take a few days or so on the progesterone. After my experience, I believe it can help. I hope things work out for you in this pregnancy, and Congratulations! ~~ AnnMarie
