Ellen, from what I've heard and and what we practiced at the hospital where
I worked on the nursing staff, I wouldn't treat a fever that low.    The
body should be able to fight whatever is "bugging" you better if there is a
low fever.  If it's over a 100F, then maybe Tylenol.  If it's a high fever,
then Motrin (ibuprofen).  Since you are trying to conceive, I'd ask your
doctor about using the Motrin.  Every doctor has his/her preferences, and I
know that mine won't allow it.  Good luck!
