>Hi again....I posted ques. about a month ago regarding ectopic Some ways to possibly help conceive would be placing a pillow under your hips or getting in any other comfortable position just so your bottom is pointing up to encourage the little swimmers to find their way ~~~~~~0 Gravity really can help. Lie down like this for *at least* a half hour after intercourse. It may help to cross you legs somewhat. Try to have an orgasm after your husband to help bring them in. Are you and you husband taking vitamins? Does he wear loose clothing? Have intercourse every couple of days during the fertile period five days prior to and the day of ovulation. Don't do it too frequently to give hubby a chance to build up some more sperm. Do you use OPK's or take BBT to determine ovulation? Check with your doctor on any drugs (over the counter or prescription) to see if they are safe. Stop any meds only with your doctor's approval. Take 2 teaspoonsful of plain Robitussin (no initials after the name) three to four times a day to help thin CM. Avoid or reduce caffeine intake. Both you and hubby should avoid too hot of a shower, and NO HOT TUBS. Become familiar with your body and do CM (cervical mucus) and CP (cervical position) checks. To learn more about this, read the book (the Bible) "Taking Charge Of Your Fertility". I've heard of some herbs that may help ferility, but I can only think of red rasberry right now. It makes a good tea. I know it's easier said than done, but try to relax--the both of you. Chart and keep records of what happens during the cycle. A great form you many want to try is at http://www.wie.com/cfp/cfpdem10.html. You can order a computer program from this site to to help keep track of records. It looks great! A l-o-n-g page on the web has a low-tech ferility faq. The address is: http://www.pinelandpress.com/support/lowtechfaq.html Here is a page with some other fertility links. http://www.pinelandpress.com/toc.html I'd be happy to share other information with you. Feel free to email me if you want. I welcome all obsessors! ~~ AnnMarie
