Most docs I've worked with will let you go 2 weeks over before inducing with pitocin. Since, like you say, you are sure of your dates. Docs usually want a "favorable cervix" before induction...better chances of success. The 80% effacement is good...not just need to dilate a little as well. I was induced with the last 3 of my 4 and it was actually kind of nice. I could schedule their births!

Some folks have luck with starting labor using nipple stimulation and intercourse. Have heard that semen has prostaglandins which can induce labor naturally. Never worked for me!! hehe Basically the babe will come when ready so just hang in there a couple more weeks. Be sure to pay attention to fetal movement and be sure babe remains active. If no problems are present then there is not a problem with waiting the two weeks till the time is right!
