Fertilized egg question

This will sound like a crazy question but we have been trying to conceive for over a year and I'm trying to be well informed of anything that will increase our chances. IF there is a fertilized egg in my fallopian tube that is making it's way to the uterus, will sleeping on my side cause the fertilized egg to float the wrong direction because of gravity? (For instance, if I'm lying on my left side and the egg is in the left tube, will the egg float the wrong way because I'm lying on my left side?) I get terrible backaches if I sleep all night on my back but I don't want to hurt our chances of implantation. Thanks for your opinion! Abby
