I've been trying to loose weight for a long time and it has been very hard for me. I want to loose at least 30 Lbs. The only exercise program I can do right now is walking and that is what I've been doing. I also have low sugar and I've been trying to eat the right things. I just need some advise. I was very thin when I was younger but now it seems that it's very hard for me to loose weight.
