Time for a basic workup. Thyroid function tests, prolactin, endometrial biopsy, serum progesterone, semenanalysis with ureaplasm culture (some might do a post coital test even though you were able to get pregnant). Hysteogram is another option.

After the testing you'll have a better idea.
