Dear Michelle, Noticed your posts about ovulation and thought I would suggest searching the archives. You can key in word like ov temp and charting and it will pull up all the related articles. We have seen these questions a lot and there should be all the answers in the archives. Also there are book recomendations and personal experience s to draw from. Hope this helps you out.
